John Hogan
John Hogan has been an insurance broker for over 30 years, and CEO of Hogan Group since its inception 25 years ago. After earning his undergraduate degree from Quincy University, John received his MBA from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. He has also been a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) for 20 plus years. John specializes in personal and commercial insurance for all sizes and types of clients, in both Illinois and Missouri. John and his wife, Jenny, have four children, who keep them very busy. John enjoys coaching and watching his children play baseball, volleyball, basketball, and golf.

Ron Burlison
Ron Burlison has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and is the Chairman of Chapman & Hogan Insurance Group in St. Louis, Missouri. He is also a member of the Sunstar Insurance Group Board of Directors and the Sunstar Executive Committee. He is a graduate of Truman State University with a degree in Business Administration and began his career as an underwriter with Transamerica Insurance and subsequently served as its St. Louis office Branch Manager. He then worked at a local insurance agency before joining Chapman-Sander Insurance Agency as a sales executive where he eventually became its President and owner. Ron joined Sunstar in 2012 with its acquisition of Chapman-Sander, the first acquisition of Sunstar. He holds the designations of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Underwriting (AU) and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Association of Independent Agents.
